At what level must the flat ball be on the oxygen concentrator?

You want the float ball just below the top line.

If it rises above the top line, it restricts oxygen flow. If it sits too far below, the reservoir will fill more slowly. Purity stays the same at any flow rate, so keeping it near the top line ensures the fastest fill time.
