Why is it taking so long to fill?

a. Fill time is about 1.5 hours with a 10 LPM concentrator and about 3 hours with a 5 LPM.

b. If it’s taking longer, check the ball valve. It should be at or just below the top line. Too low or too high will slow the fill.

c. If the valve is correct, check for kinks or blockages in the tubing. You can confirm this by removing the tubing while the concentrator is running; if the ball jumps up, there is a restriction in the tubing that needs to be fixed.
