Can I run the concentrator while using the system?

There is no issue with leaving the oxygen concentrator on while using the system.  We recommend you leave it on while using it if you have a second user who would like to use it immediately after you or if you are very fit and consume the entire reservoir within your session.  In these cases, leaving the concentrator on can reduce the time for the next user or extend your session time.  Otherwise, we recommend you turn off the machine, as it provides no benefit.
