What’s the difference between red and near-infrared light?

Red light (620–660 nm) targets the surface of the skin to improve tone, reduce wrinkles, and support faster healing.

Near-infrared light (810–850 nm) penetrates much deeper, reaching muscles and joints to reduce pain and support recovery.
